Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Greek Olive Fusion ships to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.), and military APO/FPO addresses served by USPS.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Our checkout form will not accept non-US addresses, and per our carriers' restrictions, certain PO Box addresses may also be limited.
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or a US territory, we'll still get your order to you. Transit usually takes a bit longer to these destinations, and in rare cases a small additional surcharge may apply based on package weight or zone. If a surcharge would apply to your order, we'll contact you before charging anything extra and give you the chance to approve or cancel.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping is simple:
- Flat rate of $27 USD on orders under $85
- FREE shipping on orders of $85 or more
The $85 free-shipping threshold is calculated after any discount or promo codes are applied. So if your cart is $90 and a code brings it to $80, the order will fall under the flat-rate tier.
Sales tax is collected where applicable based on your shipping address. You'll see the exact tax amount at checkout before you pay.
Who Fulfills Your Order
Orders placed on greekolivefusion.com are picked, packed, and shipped by Ariston Specialty Foods, our specialty-foods supplier and fulfillment partner. Ariston handles warehousing and shipment of our products directly from their facility.
What this means for you: the return-address label on your package may read "Ariston Specialty Foods" rather than "Greek Olive Fusion." That is completely normal — your order is still from us, and customer service for anything related to your order should always go through Greek Olive Fusion (not Ariston directly).
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next business day.
Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Both you (the customer) and our team receive notifications when an order is placed, so we're always aware of new orders coming in.
Transit Time
After your order ships, typical transit time is 3–7 business days, depending on your destination. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses may take a few extra days beyond this range.
Total time from order placement to delivery is typically:
- 4–10 business days for most US addresses
- A bit longer for Hawaii, Alaska, territories, and APO/FPO
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The exact carrier is chosen at the fulfillment center based on the destination, package size, and current carrier service levels — we cannot guarantee a specific carrier per order. PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses are served via USPS.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link you can use to follow the package. Tracking updates come directly from the carrier and may take 24 hours or so to start showing detailed scans.
Hot Weather and Olive Oil
Our products are shelf-stable specialty foods — olive oils, olives, vinegars, and similar Mediterranean staples — so no cold-chain shipping is required and packages do not need refrigeration in transit.
That said, extreme summer heat can affect the flavor and quality of olive oil. During heatwaves or unusually high regional temperatures, we may at our discretion:
- Hold your order an extra day for cooler shipping conditions, or
- Reroute the package to avoid the hottest leg of transit
If we need to delay your order more than a day for heat reasons, we'll let you know. This is a quality-protection step, not a delay tactic — we want your oil to taste exactly the way it should when it arrives.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate, deliverable address.
If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we're happy to reship it — but reshipping may incur an additional shipping fee equal to our standard flat rate ($27). We'll reach out before reshipping so you can confirm the corrected address and the charge.
Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
Once a package leaves the fulfillment center, we're at the mercy of the carriers. Delays caused by weather, carrier service disruptions, natural disasters, federal holidays, or other circumstances outside our control are not refundable. We know this can be frustrating, and we'll always help you trace a stuck package — but we can't issue refunds on shipping for delays that aren't our fault.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack carefully, but glass bottles, transit, and life happen. If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery, for lost packages) at the email below.
- Include photos of the damaged items and outer packaging if applicable.
- We'll review and, at our option, send a replacement or issue a refund.
